During the workout sessions you are in the center of attention
Together with the electric muscle stimulation we do simple gymnastics and strengthening exercises for which reason muscle development and fat burning are ten times more efficient as they would be separately. The essence of and key to the efficiency of E-Fit training lies in the simultaneous stimulation of the entire body. As all muscle groups are exercised at the same time, the average length of a workout session is reduced to one-sixth.
During the hours spent in the gym we do separate exercises to move all our muscle groups, which means 15-20 minutes of workout time for each body zones and 3-4 series of every exercise, that effects 30-40 muscle contraction. By contrast, with the E-Fit equipment all muscle groups are trained simultaneously and, thanks to electric impulses, there are 30-40 micro-contractions per second in all the muscles affected; furthermore, the basic exercises that we carry out during the training also stimulate the muscles, that are already in a tensed condition, which means approximately 36,000 muscle contractions in the entire body – all within in a mere 20 minute workout. A vest and a pair of shorts made of light and strong fabric are the heart and soul of the E-Fit devices. These clothes, made of anti-bacterial, easy-to-clean and breathable fabric carry and keep in position the electrodes.
Before you begin your workout, you will be given a pre-workout drink. A pre-workout drink is given to help increase your workout performance, strength, energy, stamina, and muscle building potential. You then will be provided with a cotton top and bottom to wear underneath the electrodes. Your electrode vest and pants will be pre-wetted to ensure your comfort while the electrodes are working throughout your workout. We have a range of sizes and will make sure you are fitted comfortably.
Your certified personal trainer will be by your side throughout the workout, making sure you are getting proper attention and instruction also making sure you feel comfortable and well taken care of. You will be guided through a series of exercises which may include all or some of the following: warmup, bodyweight movements, light weight exercises, cardio, and abs. Once your workout is complete, you will be given a protein shake. The protein that we use is all organic, plant based, and gluten free. The protein shake MUST be consumed immediately after the workout to ensure proper nutrients to your muscles to help restore and replenish your body and help repair and build muscle fibers
